This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Why is ikea doing business with them??I will never order from Ikea again if this is the type of companies they are associated with. I expected two packages to be delivered and I was told that they will be brought to my apartment door (by using the elevator and down the long hallway). These packages were heavy. However, the delivery guy refused to bring the boxes upstairs even though I had proof that he had to bring them upstairs for me. i continuously asked him to help me and he said NO and left the building. How is this normal?? This business needs to be shut down.

Absolutely useless. They were supposed to deliver items between 9 and 1. Then the delivery time was changed to 3-7pm. Never showed up despite sending a tracking link which then said the items were delivered when they were not. Stayed home for an entire day for no reason. Showed up the next day, delivery men were very clumsy with the items banging against our walls unnecessarily and generally rude, dropping items on the floor and not picking them up or helping me pick them up despite me being 9 months pregnant. Really disappointing that IKEA uses such a company, especially since delivery is not free.
